The Shaper is responsible for dividing and shaping our handcrafted artisan breads and viennoiserie including Danish, Croissants and Cinnamon Rolls. This shift is from 2:00pm-10:30pm. It’s a unique chance to work with naturally leavened breads made with house-milled grains! Our process is completely hands on, there is no automation.
We work 7 days a week, so availability on weekends and holidays is a must.
You will be required to come in for a working interview (this means working for part of a shift as part of the interview process)
- Independent, hard worker

- Strong, energetic and self motivated
- Experience working with bread a plus, but we will train
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs easily
- Basic math skills
- Able to read and understand English
- Neat and organized
- Able to work weekends and holidays
