All of our breads and pastries are baked fresh daily. Every thing we make is from scratch. We don’t use any mixes, additives or preservatives; just real local eggs, real butter, unbleached flours and some organic whole grains. Click here to download our menu.

Durum Round & Stick – rustic Italian loaves with large holes and chewy crust
Olive Bread – made with Kalamata & Moroccan oil cured olives…. a favorite!
Toasted Walnut & Raisin – a dense loaf packed with walnuts and California raisins
Multigrain – made with an organic mix of 7 grains, sunflower seeds and a touch of honey; available as a round or pan loaf
Pain de Mie – a traditional white sandwich bread
French Rye – a European style seedless rye
Challah – a braided egg bread made on Fridays
Pumpkin Seed Bread – a savory bread available in the fall!

Sourdough Baguette – with or without seeds(sesame, fennel, poppy)
Sourdough – made with our own natural starter
Country Bread – a rustic sourdough made with a touch of whole wheat and rye; available as a 1-1/2 lb. or 3 lb. loaf
Whole Wheat – a dense pan loaf made with a touch of honey
Focaccia – topped with rosemary, thyme, sage, olive oil and salt
Scones – Ginger Biscuit, Granola Nut, Lemon Currant (seasonally) and Cranberry Pecan (seasonally)
Croissants – Butter, Chocolate, Almond, Chocolate Almond
Sticky Bun – topped with toasted pecans
