Sure enough! Here’s the dough after the 3rd fold. I’m constantly amazed how little manipulation is really required to make bread. For any of the home bakers out there, take all the “kneading” instructions in your recipes and throw them out the window. Incorporate your ingredients until there aren’t any dry spots, and flip it over on top of itself several times every 30-45 min. Done.
