Job Description

Seven Stars Bakery is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day responsibility for retail store operations.   The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of retail or restaurant management or supervisory experience.  You must have a positive attitude and be able to assist the store manager in providing direction, training and development of store employees.  You will aid and assist the manager in  hiring of staff, maintenance of building and cleanliness of store.  We are open 7 days a week so availability on weekends is required

Job Qualifications:

  • One (1) year customer service experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.
  • Time management skills
  • Organized
  • Good communicator
  • Can work under pressure
  • Responsible
  • Able to deal with confidential matters
  • Confident and enthusiastic

Special qualifications: Computer literacy. Must possess leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities including: initiative, team building, results orientation, planning and organization, and creativity.
