Pastry Manager


We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Manager to join our Production Team.  The Pastry Manager is responsible for providing direction, training, and the development of employees.  The Pastry manager will manage all aspects of pastry production from ordering of ingredients to baking .  This position will manage all areas of the department including hiring of staff, maintenance of building and cleanliness of bakery

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a baker in a professional setting, required
  • Baking and Pastry or Culinary degree or certificate preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience managing a staff
  • Experience with laminated doughs, required
  • Full Availability including early mornings, weekends and holidays
  • SERVSAFE Certification is a plus
