Join Our Night Bakery Team
The Night Bakery Operations Team is the final mile of production at Seven Stars Bakery. Each night, this close-knit team works together to package, organize, and prepare our freshly baked breads and pastries for delivery to our retail cafés and wholesale customers.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Night Bakery Operations Team Members support multiple areas of the operation, including packaging, order fulfillment, cleaning, dishwashing, sanitation, and other responsibilities necessary to successfully complete the night’s work.
Our Night Bakery Team depends on one another. Attendance, reliability, accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a steady and efficient pace are essential performance expectations for this position.

- Ability to work independently once trained.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas of Night Bakery Operations.
- Availability to consistently work late-night and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Seven Stars Bakery offers a competitive benefit package. This is a non-exempt hourly position, and pay rate is commensurate with experience.
