Seven Stars Bakery - Hope Street, Providence

Our Hope Street café sits in the heart of Providence's East Side, a neighborhood stop for morning coffee, a loaf of artisan bread for the week, and a pastry on the way to work or class. Everything on our shelves is baked from scratch every day using long fermentation, natural sourdough, and whole grains milled in-house — no shortcuts, no preservatives.

Hope Street is where Seven Stars began. Our flagship café is housed in a converted gas station, and the door from our original oven still hangs on the wall as a nod to where it all started. In warmer months, the outdoor, dog-friendly patio is one of the East Side’s best spots to linger: grab a seat under the wisteria-covered pergola with a coffee and a pastry, or settle in for the morning.
