Coffee & More
Yes, Seven Stars is a bakery—but we take our coffee just as seriously as the artisan bread and pastry we craft every day. We believe the stellar items coming from our ovens deserve an equally stellar brew. That’s why we’re proud to partner with New Harvest Coffee Roasters in Providence, RI—a local roaster known for thoughtful sourcing, careful roasting, and beautifully balanced coffees. Together, we’ve developed exclusive blends for Seven Stars, tasting and refining along the way to ensure every cup is smooth, consistent, and a perfect match for the quality you’ve come to expect from us—so every drink we serve feels intentional.

About Our Espresso
Espresso: Honduras SHG San Vicente EP (GP)
About the Farm: San Vicente, who began exporting coffee in 2001, was started by Fidel Paz and is the culmination of the life long dream of his father, Cantalicio Paz. Since then the coffees grown in the area of Santa Barbara have become world famous for their quality. The exceptional nature of these coffees can be attributed to fertile volcanic soil, the microclimate caused by Lake Yojoa at the base of the mountain, and the meticulous nature of the people in charge of quality control at San Vicente. Not only just an exporter, they also assist over 1,500 producers with planting, processing, and curating specialty lots, and this strong relationship based on trust, hard work, and passion for coffee shows in the cup.
