The Sanitation Team at Seven Stars Bakery is responsible for completing deep cleaning tasks through the production facility. This includes detail cleaning of work areas, walls, floors, ceilings and drains by hand and using various sanitation cleaning tools. The Sanitation Team is responsible for maintaining our GMP standards of the Production Bakery. You need lots of energy, attention to detail, be fast-paced, able to work in a hot, humid environment for a 6 to 8-hour shift.
The Production Bakery operates 7 days a week / 24 hours a day. Work shifts will run from 6pm – 3am. Weekends and holidays are a must!
Job Qualifications
- Reliable, hard-working, dedicated and thorough
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Able to work at a fast pace to keep up with the facility sanitation & cleaning schedule
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Clean and organized
- Must be able to lift up items and move equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work, as public transportation is not available during all working hours
- Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred
This is a non-exempt hourly position. Pay rates start at $16.50/hour – based on experience, Weekly paydays, generous benefits package, product discounts, paid time off, and more.
